Thanksgiving Prayer Service

On Tuesday, November 23 at 8:00 AM, the Student Council will sponsor a Thanksgiving Prayer Service on the Backyard at Morning Assembly. Parents and families are welcome!

Thanksgiving Holidays
There will be NO SCHOOL on November 24 - 26 in honor of the Thanksgiving Holidays. Enjoy!

There will be no Star of the Week this week!

Curriculum Update:
Reading: Animal Habitat Presentations, Phonics and Comprehension Test
Math: Ordinal Numbers to 31st
Religion: Thanksgiving and Advent
Social Studies: Resources (natural resource, environment)
Science: Amphibians

November Reading Logs 

Reading Logs for the month of November will be DUE on Monday, November 29. Spend some time reading with family members over the Thanksgiving Break!

End of Trimester and Report Cards
The first trimester ended on Friday, November 19. Report Cards will be distributed on Tuesday, November 30.

Review Social Studies Unit 2

     (There will be a Social Studies Test on Tuesday next week. We will spend 

      Monday reviewing all of the lessons and key vocabulary for the unit, but 

      I feel the students will be more prepared for the test if they spend some 

      time studying over the break.)
